CNBC - Unable to access CNCB videos on AT&T U-verse's Channel 218 even though I have AT&T U-verse High-Speed Internet and therefore should be able to perform this function.

CNBC never bothered to get back with me regarding my inability to stream their service through my AT&;;;;;;amp;;T's tv service on Channel 218. It is my understanding that this is a widespread problem and that it is on CNBC's end, not on AT&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;T's end.
On Channel 218, in the CNBC Application, when you go to Videos and click on a CNBC video to play it, you get a message saying, "The video you're attempting to access is unavailable. You must be subscribed to U-verse High-Speed Internet to access this content." I am subscribed to U-verse High-Speed Internet, so this is extremely frustrating, especially CNBC's apparent lack of concern that it solve the problem or at least care enough about me as a consumer to do as it says it will do and follow up with me regarding this problem to get it resolved so that I can play its videos on U-verse's Chan
